The Mid-Year Reset
A summer clean-up that gets your mind clear and your Asana back under control.
We're halfway through the year. You've used Asana for a while, but somewhere along the way, things started slipping. Tasks falling through the cracks. A to-do list you've half given up on. That quiet, constant “I'm so far behind I don't even know where to start.” In a few focused sessions we clear the whole thing out, MyTasks, Inbox, projects, automations, the lot, and build you a system you can actually keep tidy, even when things get busy.
A summer-only reset, available until mid-September
First, let's see if this is you
Sound familiar?
You're good at your job. That was never the problem.
Half my work is in Asana, the rest in Slack, docs and my head. I'm not sure where the truth lives anymore.
I've stopped trusting Asana, so I keep my own list on the side and end up updating both.
My inbox is my to-do list, and I never reach the bottom.
MyTasks is a wall of overdue tasks, and I just don't know where to start.
I keep meaning to sort it out, then life happens and I'm back to the start.
I'm scrambling to keep up, but the mess just keeps piling up.
This isn't about discipline. Life happens to all of us, and things get messy sometimes. All you need is a system to fall back on, one that helps you clear the chaos and get back on track.
The feeling you're after
What you're really after isn't just a tidier app or an empty inbox
It's the feeling on the other side of it. By the time we're done:
- You open Asana and everything is exactly where it should be.
- Your focus goes to the right priorities, instead of hunting for the work.
- Updates and handovers live in one place, so less miscommunication and less chasing.
- You deliver what you promised, when you said you would, because nothing slips anymore.
- Your inbox has a bottom again, and you've actually seen it.
- Nothing lives in your head rent-free. It's all in one place you trust.
Space in your inbox, space in your task list, space in your mind.

The feeling on the other side
“When we're done, I want you to feel that sigh of relief, because you finally have a grip on your work again.”
- Anne Nynke

Why a reset works
Why this works when sorting it yourself doesn't
You could block an admin day and tidy the visible mess. A week later it's back, because the real problem was never the clutter: the system underneath stopped working. So we do two things at once:
- We clear out your Asana, together, so it actually gets finished.
- We wrap a Getting Things Done system around it, built for the way you work, so it stays tidy after we're done.
"Your mind is for having ideas, not holding them."David Allen, Getting Things Done
An admin day tidies your tasks. An Asana Reset makes sure your system keeps working afterwards.

What you get
What we'll do together
- A full clean-up of your Asana space: MyTasks organised around the way you actually work, Inbox cleared, projects restructured so they make sense again.
- The automations that quietly broke, fixed. The dead weight, archived, so only the live stuff remains.
- A personal GTD system to capture, process and organise whatever lands on your plate.
- Tips and tricks tailored to the way you work, not a generic template.
It helps you understand how Asana can make your workday easier and better organised. Honestly, Asana either is or can be the answer to everything.
Who it's for
Is this for you?
This is for you if
- You use Asana, but lately it's been more stressful than helpful.
- You're a knowledge worker, team lead or founder drowning in your own to-do list.
- You've fallen behind, and you're ready to stop white-knuckling it.
- You want a system that sticks, not another productivity hack you'll abandon by Friday.
- You'd rather do it with someone than stare at the mess on your own.
It's probably not for you if
- You want a magic button. Asana is not going to solve all your problems. The structure and the habits around it are what make the difference, and that's the work we do together.
- You're after a big team roll-out right now. This is one to one, built around you. (That's a different conversation, and I'm happy to have it.)
How it works
From chaos to a system you trust
Empty your mind
We get everything out of your head, every commitment, loose end and half-thought, and into one place instead of rattling around your brain.
Clean up your space
Together we go through your setup and clear it out: tidy the Inbox, organise MyTasks, fix the broken automations, restructure the projects.
Build your system
We set up a personal GTD system around the way you actually work, with the essentials to capture, process and organise whatever lands on your plate.
Keep it clean
You finish with a clean slate and a system to fall back on. Think of it like the leash on a surfboard: when things get busy and you fall off, it helps you climb back on. Every time.
A 90-minute kickoff, then four focused 60-minute sessions, all one to one and online, at a rhythm that fits around your week.
I can use Asana to empty my mind much more. I used to forget little things, and that got much better.
Why now
Summer is the perfect window
Summer is the one window where the calendar eases up and the big plans and team initiatives usually wait for September. Reset now, and you walk into the busy second half of the year clear, calm and ahead, instead of buried in tasks before you've even begun.
Investment
An investment in getting unstuck
Think about what the mess costs you right now. The hours lost looking for things. The work done twice because something slipped. Updates scattered across five places, so people work past each other. The mental tax of carrying it all in your head. The Sunday-night dread.
If the mess costs you even two hours a week, a Reset pays for itself before autumn. And you get those hours, and that head-space, back from here on.
One clear reset: everything you need to get your Asana, and your grip, back.
- We clear your mind and clean up your Asana: MyTasks, Inbox, projects, automations, the lot
- We set up a personal GTD system that works the way you do
- A weekly rhythm and the habits to keep it tidy, even when things get busy
- Follow-through built in over our sessions, so it sticks and doesn't just unravel again
- You keep it all, and leave able to run it yourself
Everything is 1:1 with me, so there's room for just a handful of resets this summer.
Everything runs online over Zoom, spread across roughly 3 to 10 weeks so there's time to do the work between sessions. Prices are ex VAT, per person. Payment in two instalments is possible, just ask. The summer round wraps up by mid-September, so the last resets start around mid-August.
Not sure it's for you? Book a free intro call and we'll figure it out together.
Want to get your team back on track?

In their words
What clients say
Having these 1:1s keeps me improving my templates and takes off the stress that my template has to be perfect on the first day.
10/10 would recommend. Anne Nynke is a great presenter, and gives a good introduction to GTD. An interesting and helpful method. What I valued most was seeing how she applies GTD in her own life.

Before you ask
Questions, answered
How much time does this take from me each week?
Less than you'd think. We meet for a session, then you have a bit of homework to do the work between them. It's designed to fit around a full calendar, not add a second job. We set a pace that's realistic for you. And that's the heart of GTD anyway: one hour of weekly review saves you hours of scrambling in the week ahead. You're not spending time on your system, you're buying it back.
Do the sessions have to be weekly?
No. We spread them across roughly 3 to 10 weeks, whatever rhythm suits you. Some people want it done more quickly and meet every week. Others prefer, or need, more space between sessions and go bi-weekly. Your call. It all happens online over Zoom.
I'm not really set up in Asana yet. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We can start from a blank slate or from the clutter that's already piled up, both are fine. As an Asana Services Partner I'll get you set up properly either way. And the GTD habits work no matter which tools you use.
I want my team to use Asana better, can you help?
Definitely, that's the day job. The Reset itself is one to one, built entirely around you, and you can book it for several team members as a bundle. Beyond that, I help whole teams work better in Asana, with shared workflows, projects and reporting. Take a look at how I help teams, or book a call and we'll talk it through.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Two instalments of €575 ex VAT is the usual split, and if you need a different rhythm we'll sort one out. Just mention it when we speak.
What happens after I book?
Right after payment you land on a page to book your 90-minute kickoff, and you'll get a confirmation and calendar invite straight away. We meet on Zoom and plan the rest of the sessions at your rhythm from there. No waiting, and nothing to tidy up first: you bring your Asana exactly as it is.
Will this really get me back on track?
I'm confident it will. But there's no magic wand here: the work is still yours to do. What I do is guide you, simplify the complex, reduce the noise and clear the chaos, so you're left with a clean slate and a system to fall back on when things get busy again.
