Meet Anne 👋

My purpose is to help organisations create a healthy work environment where happy and productive teams can thrive. People are the heart of every organisation, so taking care of your people is where it starts.

My goal is to fuel intrinsic motivation. I do that by clearing the chaos that clouds everyday work: untangling projects and processes, and creating structure, clarity and overview. The foundation you need to get ready for growth. I bring structure, alignment, and clarity wherever I go.

That claim comes with a track record. I'm a certified GTD trainer and an official Asana Services Partner: working with Asana since 2015, certified Pro since 2018, partner since 2020. OKRs and self-organisation have been part of my work just as long, starting at Springest (one of Europe's first Holacracy-run companies, and a three-time best-employer winner), where I spent four years building and leading the sales and service team. Since then I've helped Greenpeace International, Bol.com, Just Eat Takeaway, Kingspan-LOGSTOR and Studio HENK, among others, create the structure they need for growth.

I like inspiring role ownership in self-organising teams, setting measurable goals with OKRs, injecting a bit of fun into work culture, and giving teams the tools for smooth collaboration.
