Strategy Execution

Get everyone pointed at the same dot on the horizon.

We turn your strategy into OKRs that make progress measurable, then embed the rhythm in your Way of Working.

Recognition

Sound familiar?

?

Ask ten people what the strategy is, and you'll get ten different answers.

?

Teams work hard, but in different directions, with no shared north star.

?

Your OKRs are really just a task list with a new name.

?

Your key results have no numbers, so nobody can say whether you're winning.

?

Everything is a priority, which means nothing is.

?

You tried OKRs once, it didn't stick, and now you want to do it right.

We help your strategy show up in the daily work, not just the boardroom.

What we do

OKRs that make progress measurable

Objectives & Key Results

OKRs

We translate your strategy into operations. Together we define a clear objective and the measurable key results that prove you're moving towards it, then embed the OKR cycle into your way of working, so it becomes part of your day-to-day.

  • OKRs designed around real, measurable outcomes.
  • A clear line of alignment, from vision and strategy through to goals and daily work.
  • OKRs at every level: we work with leadership to set company or department OKRs, and help teams build OKRs that align up to them.
  • Sessions to connect everyday work to your OKRs, plus regular check-in sessions to track progress and adjust.
  • Facilitation, training and coaching, so your teams can run the next cycle themselves.

Optional add-ons

Extras
  • If you work in Asana, we can set up your OKRs in Asana Goals, with clear ownership, timelines and linked work.
  • Sometimes the missing piece is purpose. OKRs work best with a clear "why" underneath them, so if that isn't defined yet, we can help you shape it first.

What this isn't

We shape your strategy, we don't replace it

We won't tell you what your strategy should be. We help you put it into the right shape, poking and asking questions until it feels right.

And if you're new to OKRs, don't expect your first set to be perfect. It takes a few cycles to find your feet, and the process gets easier every round.

The point of it all

“You can be as efficient as possible, but if you don't have a clear dot on the horizon, you'll just get to the wrong place faster.”

How it works

Audit, build, optimise

We train your leadership and teams in the OKR method, facilitate the sessions that shape your objectives, and support adoption with check-ins and coaching.

01

Audit

We look at your strategy and how goals are set today: what lands with teams, what dies in a slide deck.

02

Build

Training plus facilitated drafting sessions shape your objectives and measurable key results, at company level, team level, or both.

03

Optimise

Check-ins, coaching and the setup in Asana Goals, so the cycle lands in your Way of Working and your teams can run the next one themselves.

The rhythm

What a quarter looks like

  • Before the quarter: training and drafting sessions, so your OKRs are ready before day one.
  • Week 1: kickoff. Everyone knows the objectives, the key results, and who owns what.
  • During: short (bi-)weekly check-ins, embedded in the meetings you already have, plus a mid-quarter review.
  • Closing: review and retro, and a sharper set of OKRs for the next quarter.

Company-wide or a single team: both work as a starting point. Fully remote, in English or Dutch. Your first cycle won't be perfect, and that's normal: it gets easier every round.

In their words

What clients say

Applying the OKR method turned out to be incredibly useful. It helped us turn activity into measurable outcomes and brought much more transparency to our work. The payoff in transparency and accountability has been more than worth it.

Isabelle Corell, MisterGreen

Sometimes it feels like a lot of very, very fast boats that go into very different directions, because we don't know how to channel our energy. The OKR training has really supported us to identify a common destination that we want to go to together as a team.

Maike Striffler, Acceleration Lead, SINA

OKRs were new to me. Anne taught us the ins and outs in a fun way. Now it's up to us.
