Why a collective?
Triple Nine is built around me, Anne. So why a collective? Because clients rarely get stuck in just one area. By connecting with other independents whose work aligns with mine, I can offer clients more specialised services than one person ever could, bring extra hands to large implementations, and make sure client work never stalls, even when I'm ill or away.
What that means in practice:
- Aligned work: I bring you in on projects that fit your specialty, and you can do the same.
- Extra hands on implementations too large to do alone.
- Back-up for each other, so clients are never left hanging.
- No agency, no employment: everyone stays independent.
The shared vision? Create the structure companies need for growth and a work environment where people can thrive. And make work fun again while we're at it.
